Lights, camera, NEW YORK!
Some people like to do tourism by visiting important places in history, others like to explore the varieties of gastronomy. But some people, like me, who can’t stay away from films and TV shows, think it’s a great idea to explore a new place by visiting film locations.
And the perfect place for that is New York City. I won’t be surprised if the city is elected as number one as the stories in cinema are placed there.
I’ve visited the city a couple of times, and here are some spots that you should visit if you are a movie maniac like me.
Friends’ Apartment
Unfortunately, you can’t go inside, but the outside of the building exists! And although the famous cafeteria Central Perk is not there, you still can have a taste of how would be to live with our favorite group.
King Kong’s Empire State Building
I mean, you won’t be able to hang outside of the building being carried by King Kong, but you can have a taste of how it would be inside - and enjoy the skyline of New York City, which never disappoints.
Gossip Girl’s lunch spot at THE MET
Who doesn’t want to feel like is part of the high society of New York City? Grab your $5 lunch sit at the stairs of the iconic The MET and pretend you are like Blair and Serena.
